Canada’s Food Guide is designed to help families make healthy eating choices. It has been used as a health and nutrition tool for 65 years. The latest version recognizes ethnic diversity in Canada and acknowledges foods from various ethnic cuisines.
Aside from English and French, Canada’s Food Guide is available in Arabic, Chinese, Farsi (Persian), Korean, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Tamil and Urdu.
